WHAT WE DO AND WHO WE SERVE

Project Bridge provides a FREE training on Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) to anyone who interacts with youth ages 12-18, or anyone parenting an adolescent.

WHAT'S IT ABOUT

YMHFA is a 6.5 hour course designed to increase mental health literacy by teaching the fundamentals of behavioral health problems or addictions and helping participants to recognize potential early warning signs.

WHY IT MATTERS

Just as CPR training can help anyone to assist an individual who may be experiencing a medical crisis, Youth Mental Health First Aid training can help you to assist a young person who may be experiencing a mental health challenge (such as bullying, depression, anxiety or self-harming behaviors) and help them seek treatment.
