Meet Hope for Miami's August MVP!
1. Hi, tell us who you are, where you are from and how you serve with the team at Hope for Miami?
My name is Jose Tome, and I am from Spain. When I was a child my family moved to South America where I had the opportunity to study and grow spiritually influenced by my mother's deep religious values.
Regarding the second part of the question, I will tell you that the performance with the HFM team has always been excellent, of mutual respect, strictly professional and of absolute responsibility.
2. Thanks, so, how do you think your skills/gifts, knowledge and interests equip you to do your tasks?
Skills can be natural or acquired. Those that concern us in this context are the last, and these are achieved with perseverance and dedication. Taking note of all the details, asking about doubts and proposing solutions.
3. What’s one aspect of Hope for Miami’s work that most encourages and motivates you?
Actually, I think there are two aspects. What encourages me most in this context is diversity and intensity.
4. Finally, tell us something interesting about yourself to help us get to know you better.
As a general rule, I never comment on myself. I like to keep a low profile, not expose myself on social media, and avoid innocuous conversations. However, behind that person is another lover of reading, factual science, socio-economic research and industrial processes, but above all a lover of the family.
