Homeless Awareness Day

The children in our Kidz2Success program, participating at several program sites, took part in this year’s Homeless Awareness Day, organized by the Homeless Trust. They collected socks to distribute to both children and adults living in our local shelters, wrote notes of encouragement, and created posters to display after learning about the conditions these homeless families face. Hope for Miami has participated in this annual awareness campaign every year, as we believe it teaches kindness and respect for others. Check out the video of the activities below.
