FL Dept of Children and Families asks Rick & Yvonne Sawyer to begin a conversation among agencies, community and faith-based groups to explore ways to cooperate more effectively to help solve some of the challenges Miami Dade families face. We chose the name "New Life Resource Network" to describe our initial endeavors.
