Hope for Miami is offering emergency childcare services for employees of Baptist Hospital amidst the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and closing of Miami-Dade schools.

Please download and fill out the application below (fillable PDF), print out and bring to the site location the first day your child needs care. 

 

If you have more than one child, you need to complete a separate application for each child. 

 

We are asking for donations to cover the costs of our staff, supplies and daily deep cleaning. The suggested donation is $125/week. Make sure to select “Emergency Child Care Services” as the designation in the drop-down menu and be sure to include your child's name.
